Kathy Henderson
Sixth & Seventh Grade Math Teacher
Kathy Henderson received a B.A. in French and business from University of Maryland, College Park and an M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction in secondary mathematics from UNLV. She has taught secondary mathematics since 1999 at both the upper and middle school levels. Kathy lives in Kensington with her husband, two boys (one of which is a student at the lower school), and two crazy labrador retrievers. In her personal time, she enjoys working out, cooking, gardening, and presenting for an edtech company that is focused on mathematics education. She enjoys working with middle school students as they remind her of the beauty and joy of learning. Kathy joined Black Pine Circle School in 2021.
