Lower School (K-5) Spanish Teacher

The lower school Spanish teacher (grades K-5) will teach Spanish to all lower school students and collaborate with faculty and specialists to create grade-level appropriate curriculum. A successful candidate will be fluent in spoken and written Spanish, and  experience teaching Spanish at the elementary level.  This position responds directly to the head of lower school. Events and Advancement Assistant

This part-time position is a direct report of the Director of Communications and Special Events. The successful candidate is responsible for assisting with many aspects of several BPC events and advancement administrative tasks as part of a team. The events and advancement assistant is responsible for assisting with planning and producing many school community events, will also help with faculty events. Lower School (K–5) Assistant Teacher

Black Pine Circle assistant teachers work closely with a grade-level head teacher and meet regularly with the assistant teacher program leader. This position is responsible for assisting students one-on-one and in small groups both academically and socially, and works in collaboration with the head teacher to support positive classroom management and student engagement in all academic subjects. The assistant teacher helps prepare classroom materials and participates in weekly curriculum planning.
