Upper School Art Teacher

The Upper School Art teacher will be responsible for all aspects of the Art curriculum for grades 6, 7, & 8. Parent communication, grade reports and other duties associated with the daily education of the upper school students. The Upper School Art teacher reports directly to the head of upper school. All BPC faculty are responsible for implementing best practices in education, with good humor, an unwavering commitment to children, and compassion. Black Pine Circle School’s upper school faculty work cooperatively with upper school teachers to create inter-disciplinary projects.

Upper School Assistant Teacher

Black Pine Circle School assistant teachers work under the supervision of the division head/upper school leadership team. This position is responsible for supporting teachers to help facilitate learning for students. This will include in-class support, working with small groups, and other tasks defined by teachers and the division head.

Upper School Spanish Teacher, Part-time

This position (grades 6 & 7) will join with our upper school Spanish teachers in teaching and developing the Spanish program in our upper school. Faculty also fulfill supervisory lunch/recess duties, serve as advisors to students, oversee community service activities, participate in orientations, school events, and faculty meetings.
