Elazar, Bon Appétit’s newest tastemaker, has transformed his childhood passion for food and cooking into the role of restaurant editor. His inaugural book, "The Local Butcher Shop From Farm to Table", was his BPC 8th grade MasterWorks project. What a testament to how these capstone projects can be such a stepping stone to future endeavors!
