The IT support technician will work directly with our IT coordinator and report to the director of finance and operations. A successful candidate will be able to support a diverse and creative community of students and staff of various technological skill levels, and communicate effectively with all constituents. This position is key to maintaining the productivity of users in a dynamic and collaborative school environment. The IT support technician will maintain and support devices (i.e. laptops, printers, tablets) and assist students and staff with utilizing technology.
