Susana Barajas

Originally from a small town in Mexico, Susana Barajas has been living in the U.S. for nearly a decade, embracing the Bay Area’s vibrant, polycultural atmosphere. She holds a B.A. in graphic design and brings with her over 10 years of experience in both education and executive management. Throughout her career, Susana has worked with students across a broad spectrum, including those in Montessori programs and learners ranging from kindergarten to high school. She has tutored students in Spanish, art, and other subjects, supporting their academic and social-emotional development. Additionally, she has extensive experience in nonprofit management, having served as an executive manager for the past two years. Susana’s creative problem-solving abilities, combined with her commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments, position her as a dedicated and adaptable educator. She is excited to contribute her expertise and passion to the Black Pine Circle School community.
