Karen Zukor – Board Secretary

Karen Zukor works as a statistics consultant for the World Health Organization, primarily on household air pollution and electricity access for health care facilities. Ms. Zukor graduated from Bryn Mawr College in mathematics, and has an M.P.H. in biostatistics and epidemiology from UC Berkeley. Her two children graduated from Black Pine Circle School. Her daughter went on to USC and is now training to be a teacher, and her son studies computer engineering at the University of Illinois. She lives with her husband, Joel Fajans, a physics professor at UC Berkeley.
