Meaghan Thomas-Kennedy

Meg Thomas-Kennedy is a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition group. Her practice includes regulatory investigations, civil class actions, and high-stakes business-to-business lawsuits involving claims of monopolization, price-fixing, bid-rigging, and unfair competition. Meg earned her B.A. from Smith College and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a proud New Englander by birth, but a Californian at heart and by choice. Meg lives in Kensington with her wife, a brilliant writer, and their magical children who thrive at BPC.
