Jeremy Gailor

Jeremy is the founder and CEO of Kalitera, a technology company building AI-powered products, and brings more than 25 years of experience leading engineering and product organizations across startups and global enterprises. Most recently he was Senior Director of Engineering at Workday, where he led the core platform and services teams supporting the company’s HCM & Finance customers worldwide. Earlier he was Vice President of Engineering at Gracenote, overseeing a global organization that sourced and delivered entertainment data products to customers across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific regions. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology. Jeremy lives in Berkeley with his wife Megan and their daughter Fiona, who has attended BPC since kindergarten. Jeremy also serves on the City of Berkeley Commission on Labor and coaches youth sports in his community.
