Priscilla Kim
Fifth Grade Head Teacher
Priscilla Kim received her multiple-subject teaching credential and M.A. in education from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2016, fulfilling a dream she had since she was an elementary student. She received her BA in liberal and civic studies, with a minor in psychology. For the past six years she has taught at the Nueva School in Hillsborough, CA where she nurtured her passion for project based learning, strengthening executive skills, embracing interdisciplinary opportunities, and focusing on social emotional learning and acuity. In addition to lead teaching, she has also been a writing enrichment teacher, tutor, and spent a year focusing on curriculum research. Outside of school, Priscilla loves trying new food and boba spots around the Bay Area, hanging out with her family and friends, going on nature walks, traveling, and watching Warriors games and musicals! She is thrilled to join the BPC community.
