Neal Katyal, lawyer, professor and former Solicitor General of the US, talks with Sonia Katyal about government structure and what to expect from those who are in positions of power. Neal speaks about higher justice as a way to serve society’s needs, shares his thoughts on the Supreme Court and recalls times when he thought the US was about to have a constitutional crisis.
