Prior to joining the BPC admin team in 2018, Melinda Morris worked for several nonprofit and for profit organizations. Her background includes setting up accounting systems, systems conversion, and audit preparation. In addition, having a keen eye for numbers, she has cleaned up and managed finances for many small to medium businesses in the Bay Area. Over the years, while always keeping a hand on finances, she is an independent learning service instructor for those with special needs and has owned/operated a payphone business. Melinda has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Phoenix. She volunteers at City of Oakland special events, and enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
