Lupita Garcia

Graduate, Class of ‘10, pursuing Masters in Public Policy

Lupita Garcia is a Black Pine Circle Upper School Graduate ’10. She recently graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco with her B.A. in Sociology with a triple minor in Criminal Justice, Public Service and Community Engagement, and Chicanx-Latinx studies. While at USF, she had the experience to travel to Cuba and go intern full time in Washington, DC (Fall 2016) where she interned with Revolution Messaging. While in DC, her love for politics and public policy grew. She hopes to obtain a Masters in Public Policy from either Georgetown University or American University in DC. With these tools under her belt, she aims to become a better advocate to create sustainable change in our criminal justice system.

During her free time, she enjoys taking her dog to the park, watching movies, reading, and finding new places to eat.
